mmmmh, the smell of hot waffles and cotton candy in the middle of Paris..
It's summer, and it has been a great one in Paris so far, with a lot of sun and hot days. And how could you spend a lovely, sunny day funnier than going back to your childhood and visiting the yearly Parisian funfair, which was also a must-do for me during my summer in Paris.
Located in the Tuileries gardens, the "Fête des Tuileries", one of the biggest events in Paris, takes place every year from end of June to end of August. There is entertainment everywhere, more than sixty attractions that bring laughs and excitement not only to children.
Take a ride on Ferris Wheel with a spectacular view over Paris, even after it gets dark and the city of lights illuminates. Or simply come to enjoy the famous barbes à papa, waffles, crêpes, churros, and all goodies you can imagine.
There is something for everyone, and don't tell me, you are not ready to jump back into your childhood for a little while. So, go and enjoy, you have some more time before the magic in the middle of Paris closes it's doors again until next year.
